bad, bad me.

I haven’t been truly keeping up with my exercise plans and diet plans. D: 

I know there are no excuses.. 

i started school this week and i’m still trying to get my sleeping schedule fixed and right on track. I have been drinking the cafe latte shake though every morning. .. 

I’m gonna try to exercise today and head to sleep early. I should look up food that will give me more energy and keep me awake naturally. I get sleepy and tired by 1;30 D; 

sighhh okay. I still believe in my goal and i’m definitely still gonna try to reach it!

sighhhh school is so difficult -_-

Cafe Latte? mmmm

Sooo today my dad introduced me to this HealthyMeal Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix : Cafe Latte flavor. 

I thought it would taste odd but it actually tastes good especially with the Almond Milk that we use. It’s supposed to help with weight management and provide nutritional sources everyday. The idea is to replace a meal everyday for healthy nutrition, but for weight loss we’re supposed to replace two meals a day. I’m gonna try that one and see how it fits with my lifestyle! I tried it today to replace lunch and it actually did give me energy and made me feel full!! =)
